Advertising with the Prescott Pops

The Prescott Pops Symphony invites you to advertise in our season’s Concert Programs! Your advertisement in Pops Concert programs will be seen by more than 5,000 music patrons over the course of the season. Advertising in our programs puts your message directly in the hands of your prime target market. When you buy an ad for the programs, you are not just putting your business name out there, you’re also showcasing your commitment to our community by supporting one of Prescott’s oldest musical institutions.

Your ad will appear in each of this season’s concert programs. Your advertising dollars allow us to continue our work providing music education, music enrichment and entertainment for all ages throughout the year.

Please complete the form below, remit payment in one of the two options provided, and email the final advertisement following the formatting guidelines below. Your ad will not be printed until each of these items have been completed.

Formatting Information

    • Image must be in the size chosen. Print margins and print bleed is not required.
    • Image must be at least 300dpi and in CMYK.

Concert Dates & Deadlines:

New ads must be received three weeks before the first concert run.

You can start running your ad at any time and your ad will run for the next 12 months (not just for the current season).

Your advertisement in Pops Concert programs will be seen by more than 5,000 select music patrons. Advertising in our programs places your message in the hands of a discerning public and is an affordable way to reach a prime target market. By placing an ad in Pops programs, you are also demonstrating your commitment to our community by supporting one of Prescott’s oldest musical institutions. Your advertising dollars help us to offset the cost of program production!

Your ad will appear in each of season concert programs for the current season. Keep in mind that concert-goers tend to hold onto their programs, making the retention value and life of your ad much greater than if you were to advertise in another publication.

All our program advertisers will also see the concert program(s) on the Advertising page, giving website visitors a chance to see your ads as well.
